7. How do I care for my CHIA piece?

Never iron directly on painted areas; instead, use a layer of cotton cloth or iron on rear side
Gentle hand wash with lukewarm or cold water if need be; avoid hot water
Skip bleach and harsh chemicals; dip in liquid detergent diluted in water
Do not soak for extended periods
Avoid scrubbing or twisting too hard
Dry flat in shade with the painted side turned inward
Keep out of direct sunlight while drying

8. Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?

All orders are shipped from Delhi, India. Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.

9. How long will my order take to arrive?

Each CHIA piece is made and painted with care. Please allow 7–14 business days for domestic delivery, and 14–21 days for international orders. Custom orders may take longer — we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

10. What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll make it right.
