Refund policy
At CHIA, each piece is individually hand-painted and made with great care, creativity, and attention to detail. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the painting or customization process has begun.
❌ No Returns or Refunds After Customization
As all of our garments are hand-painted to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed and the painting process has started.
We believe in the uniqueness and artistic value of every piece, and we ask that you please consider your purchase carefully before placing your order.
✅ Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
