Lost or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, or it gets lost during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
